A supplemental parent-education module that is designed for grandparents who are full time caregivers of children between the ages of 10 and 14 years old.

Deliver Grandfamilies: PROSPERing with 10- to 14-Year-Olds to parents and caregivers using the hybrid implementation format. In this model, families complete the online supplemental module asynchronously while you lead weekly synchronous sessions—in person or virtually.

Supplemental Modules can be implemented (1) as standalone opportunities or (2) as an extension to a core program (i.e., Take Root, Sprout, Grow, and Branch Out).

To support both delivery types and ensure resources align with your chosen implementation approach, two Parent Workbooks are available—one for Supplemental Stand Alone delivery and one for Supplemental Extension delivery.
