Deliver Grandfamilies: PROSPERing with 10- to 14-Year-Olds to parents and caregivers using the hybrid implementation format. In this model, families complete the online supplemental module asynchronously while you lead weekly synchronous sessions—in person or virtually.
Supplemental Modules can be implemented (1) as standalone opportunities or (2) as an extension to a core program (i.e., Take Root, Sprout, Grow, and Branch Out).
This page includes a facilitator manual with implementation guidance and PowerPoint slides to help you structure each meeting session. To support both delivery types and ensure resources align with your chosen implementation approach, two Parent Workbooks are available—one for Supplemental Stand Alone delivery and one for Supplemental Extension delivery. Use these materials to confidently deliver Grandfamilies: PROSPERing with 10- to 14-Year-Olds in a flexible and engaging hybrid format.
