Take Root is a universal parenting program for parents and caregivers of children who are 0- to 3-years-old.
Whether your child is a newborn, infant, or toddler, each phase of development creates unique joys and challenges. In this program, we invite you to take a breath, think about what is happening from your perspective and from your child’s perspective, and consider how you can use that knowledge to enhance your parent-child relationship. Take Root has three age tracks, so you can start where you need to and find additional support as your child develops.
Sprout is a universal parenting program for parents and caregivers of children who are 3- to 5-years-old.
Everyday moments with a 3- to 5-year-old are full of adventure, fun, growth, and challenges. Sprout welcomes you to follow four unique families through six common daily experiences. You will watch them manage their everyday moments by learning about and using new skills and strategies that you can also use to help make your everyday moments with your child run a little smoother.
Grow is a universal parenting program for parents and caregivers of children who are 5- to 10-years-old.
Children experience significant transitions and increased learning opportunities during their elementary years. As a parent, you continue to have an important influence on your child’s development during this time. Grow invites you to participate in video-based content and scenarios to learn about new parenting strategies and sharpen existing parenting skills, so you and your child feel supported, competent, and confident in your respective journeys.
Branch Out is a universal parenting program for parents and caregivers of children who are 10- to 18-years-old.
During adolescence, youth may need their parents’ attention and support more than ever. Many changes and transitions occur during adolescence, so this phase of life is a time of excitement and anxiety—for youth and their parents. Using ideas and strategies discussed in Branch Out can help you identify new ways to build your communication skills and maintain and promote your relationship with your child. The sessions presented in Branch Out can provide encouragement to you as you work with your adolescent to nurture a relationship that is centered around respect and trust.
